This year we had a low key Independence Day. Elliott goes to bed before the fireworks were scheduled to begin. Tim spent the weekend painting the house. Elliott and I did go to a picnic. They had a jumping house rented for kids, but since it would support 1,000 pounds, the adults got a turn, too. It was great fun.
