Last weekend Elliott got his first taste of solid food. Even though his first taste of something other than breast milk was organic rice cereal (which doesn't sound overly appetizing) he really enjoyed it. By his second meal, he was grabbing the spoon and our hands and pulling his entire body up to get a bite.
Just one week later, and we have added sweet potatoes to his repertoire. He seems to enjoy those even more than the rice cereal, which means he is going to love Thanksgiving this year. We'll keep you posted as we find out how refined of a palette Elliott has.
